I thought of a morbid story idea for an Onion-alike satiricon: Ironic Death Rate Plummets:
Much of the drop was due to new health and safety regulations. Fewer
industrial workers than ever before were crushed in the gears of the
machinery destined to replace them, and not a single chemical company CEO met a gruesome demise in a vat of his company's toxic product.
