Play a game of Twenty Questions. Then invert the answer to the first question and try to think of a different object that fits all the questions. Alternatives: invert the earliest answer you can, invert all the answers.

puts a similar spin on the twenty questions game, if you've not played it; it's good for actually giving the setter something to do.
