Aha, I'd forgotten that. If only I'd known that people in 2006 wouldn't understand boiling water or own clocks.

I recently bought some eggs at Trader Joe's with a pink "use by" date stamped on them. The date washed off when I boiled some of them.

I just don't boil eggs, because boiled eggs are gross.
