Three rules for finding good Mexican food.

1. Never eat Mexican food at a place with "authentic" on the sign -- it's not.
2. Never eat Mexican food at a place that features margaritas.
3. Never eat Mexican food served to you by someone who speaks no Spanish (e.g. a frat boy)
