(4) Fri Feb 29 2008 12:26: Just checking in. I'm safe in London w/Rachel. I had the crazy idea that we could go to Paris on Sunday, but tickets for the Chunnel cost 159 pounds one-way. There goes that idea. I thought it was like the Metro North of Europe.

Apparently you can get there and back at odd hours quite cheaply. If only you'd held onto your jetlag.
