My Seussical Life for 2004 January 6 (entry 1)

(3) Tue Jan 06 2004 22:51 Book Club: Went to a book club meeting tonight, and I spotted knitting needles and a sweater-in-progress in a basket on the floor. I asked the hostess, Susan, if she had any #7 double points I could use to finish out my toque I've been working on for two years now (supposed to be a Christmas present for Dave in 2002). Ta da! I challange myself to finish before the frost lifts (for the season, that is).

Glad to hear you are home safe and sound! My new year's resolution is family history and I went to the center lst night and spent three hours just trying to get caught up so I can try to begin again. Needless to say the devil works hard at discouraging us from doing good things. Hope every one there is well. We are great on this end. Love ya all and missed you over the holidays. Love Mom
