My Seussical Life for 2004 May 25 (entry 1)

(3) Tue May 25 2004 10:11 Thank You, Thank You Sam I Am: Atticus has been leery of strawberries this season. When I fed him an early berry, it was a not-really-ripe sorry-excuse-for-a-strawberry sort of fruit. A few days ago I finally coaxed him into trying a nicely ripened, sweet berry and he said, "Mmmmm. I would eat this on a boat, and I would eat this with a goat, and in the rain, and in the dark, and on a train!!"

I Have been testing rhyming with my kindergarteners this week and he puts them to shame. I wonder what book he has been reading? Keep up the good work mom. Love ya!
