Jabberwocky for 2004 January 9 (entry 1)

(2) Fri Jan 09 2004 15:32: Leonard's Wired arrived, so I read it hoping it would induce somnolence. It induced annoyance. I just hate it when magazines fill themselves with advertising postcards and other non-standard sized pages full of non-editorial copy, and Wired appears to be the queen of origami.

There are gardening magazines I quit subscribing to because of this problem, so beware, Wired.

That's why I always go through Wired ripping out all the ad pages. That way I can read it without getting so angry.
