Jabberwocky for 2004 January 9 (entry 0)

(4) Fri Jan 09 2004 11:36: I have started a batch of sourdough French bread. I'm going to make it into little mini-bowls for soup. I'll eat one today and put the rest in the freezer. I don't know why it never occurred to me to do that before. Right now it is rising and the house smells good!

Made dough. Shaped into balls after first rising. Put on cookie sheet. Raised. Baked. End of story. It is delish!
