[Comments] (6) : Aaron's brother Booner, who just got off his mission in Oct, is going to be living with us. He will be flying in on Sat which means I have to clean my house before then. The guest room is ceiling high with junk that we haven't put away yet. :\ At least now that I am forced to get it done, it will be done and over with. I seriously need to make a couple trips to D.I. Who has enough clothes to mound over the whole bedroom floor 2 feet high and the closet already full? Oh. Me.

I also checked out at the library the fifth Harry Potter book on tape. I was on the waiting list for 3 months. Sheesh!

A friend lent us that book (28 CDs!) for our drive to Arkansas. We had to quit listening to it in the middle of New Mexico. It was like driving 2,000 miles with a 15 year old boy in the car.

I'm suprised that Rachel, a huge Harry Potter fan, would not want to hear the book again. I kinda like the guy who read them. Plus I like multi-tasking. Listen while cleaning.

I DID want to... until I started listening to them. I think it's the kind of thing you have to take in small doses. As much as I love Harry Potter, I'll be the first to admit it can be v depressing at times. I liked the guy who did them, tho...

I struggled through READING the 15-year-old stuff, my least favorite Harry stage. I kept telling myself, "This book really wasn't targeted to my audience; it REALLY IS an adolescent book!" What a concept!

Sadly, I can relate to it though. At least I can pick out the 15-yr old behavior, and remember how other 15-yr olds acted the same way. Of course I was never like that!

None of us were.
