Also, it has "warmed" up today which always puts me in a better mood. I remember when I lived in Alaska in the wintertime when it would reach freezing temperatures it was a 'warm day'. When you get into the single digits it really does make a difference between 10 degrees and 30 degrees.

I am in a good mood. I had a very good breakfast made my Aaron- eggs and bacon on an English muffin. And I don't feel sick. I haven't thrown up for 30 hours! After 3 treatments of acupuncture, I believe they are beginning to help. At least I am optimistic.

I've noticed that here, too. We finally went into double digits yesterday, and I felt like going out in a sweatshirt and jeans. I think I am acclimatizing.
