When you buy it, it comes in a tub that lasts forever, and I wanted to know if there were any other recipes we could use it in besides the one that we already know with bell peppers, chicken, and coconut milk. That one is yummy too, but we can't use all of it just making that once a month. Alyson, I seem to remember you have a chicken pineapple recipe, is that right? Anyone that has a good one please let me know!!! With a family of chefs...Frances, Susie, Leonard, Sumana, Alyson, and Rachel-do you like to cook? I know at least one of you guys has one. Thanks.
