Mmmmmmm. You are eating well these days :). So tell me, how did you do your portabellos. I want to prepare a dinner this week with polenta, chard, and grilled portabellos.

We just grilled them with onions and olive oil and S&P. Add a touch of balsamic vinaigrette if it goes well with what you have.
