It is still weird to think about though that I don't have to work for a while. I have been working full-time since Aaron and I have been married, and before that I worked a lot but not quite full-time. I am not nervous about having to work part-time in a couple months because I think it will be good for Aaron and any dad to have sole responsibility of their child for long periods of time. He can taste what it's like to be home and the sole caregiver of a child, along with me doing the same while he is at school.
I really bugs me when I hear about men never changing their child's diaper, or ever putting them to sleep or rocking them while they are inconsolable. I am glad that Aaron will have the opportunity to bond with Lily like I will have. I know he is going to be a fabulous dad, and I can't wait to see him with her.

Today is my last day at work until I come back mid-Oct from maternity leave. I will be working part-time at that point (and we will be living with the help of some student loans). This lady in the break room was like "Oh my gosh, when are you due?" I am due in like 4 days, and she was like "I can tell. You're huge." Well, thanks. Of all people, WOMEN should know you don't tell a person that is pregnant they look like a cow.
