I also was able to fulfill a wish that I have had for sometime. To buy a Tiffany lamp. I have always loved them, and Aaron and I were able to pick one for half off at a JC Penny Homestore sale. It really adds to my bedroom, I think.

Ok, just kidding. I finally finished Pride and Prejudice and I can't believe I have not read it before now! It took getting used to the language, and I was a little confused with all the characters beginning with Ms. who and which they are, but once you get in the swing of it, it is a terrific love story.

Love smove. The best stories are about justice and duty, honor and courage. Read Anna Karenina. . . now that is a love story. Perhaps everybody should think about jumping under a train when the thought of being unfaithful to a husband in pursuit of "true love" comes to mind. Strength and Honor! ! ! Now those are good stories. Although I will probably see the new P&P movie when it comes out IF Kiera hasn't tawdry-ed it up like they did to Dickens's Great Expectations.

Actually, true love is justice, honor, and duty. You do all those because of love of God and love of they neighbor.

Gotta go with Kristen on this one. Plus, Elizabeth's love of Darcy was not just physical, and she was braking absolutely no moral laws whatsoever by submitting to him, as she was a previously unfettered single woman.

I will say one more thing on the subject. Love is the Greek word for Charity.

A joke, a joke! I just like to ruffle the feathers. Although, I do enjoy the love stories that cost something rather than the rosey pictured something for nothing cheap love that is the common fodder of prime time TV. P&P is certainly a good "fight for your love" story. Another story that I like is "Much Ado About Nothing."
