I love Barabara Kingsolver. She is a bit out there for me, politically, but what a writer! High Tide in Tucson is left wing but not in your face. She is smart and funny and wants to do the right thing.

I never read this one cause my mom told me it was BORING, but maybe I'll give it a try, on your reccommendation.

Poisonwood Bible is one of my top 20 books ever.
