It was a nice clear day today. For the first time, I noticed that you can see the Hollywood sign from Santa Monica when turning into my neighborhood.

That's actually, really neat. I would love to have that kind of entertaiment and cultural landmark so close to home. (But it would be better if it were London Bridge or something... :o) )
