[Comments] (11) Azusa Adventures: Last night I went over to Natalie's to distract her from work. She is taking seven classes (seven *real* classes) so I felt a bit guilty but someone has to do it. We stayed up forever and made all sorts of plans, and I forcibly signed her up for facebook. Also, I tried my best to convince her to return to Bako after her graduation in Dec. to open up the Country Rose Bistro in the southwest. That is something I feel Bakersfield really needs.

Either I'm feeling better or I'm so out of it I can't tell the difference. I had a dream about the corrs last night.

Is it a true test of my character that I have withstood so many forcible attempts to sign up for facebook? And not all just from you. It's probably just my stubborn nature kicking in.

It's all right. I refuse, in spite of all entreats, to join my space. (is entreats a word? entreaties? entreations? I feel like I'm in Wicked, the musical... braverism).

dont hate on the facebook. if you're not on it, you don't exist. yah, that's right. you don't exist. anyways, how else are random serbian football players supposed to befriend you otherwise?

My space is stupid. Don't ever join it. Uh oh, now I've made an attempt to get you not to join, is that going to mess up you being stubborn. And Chris, I wasn't aware that you had a stubborn nature. I mean, we all know that I don't, but you?

I'm glad that you took upon yourself the burden of making sure that Nat is slacking off at least some of the time. We made the attempt earlier by making her go camping, but it takes constant vigilance, as you well know. But you didn't have to corrupt her while you were at it. (I mean corrupt to the ways of Rachel, since corruption in and of itself isn't bad.)

chris can be stubborn. remember how he refused to read HP for like two years, and then when he finally did he didn't tell me about it? my guess is chris will join facebook before his email is taken away, and then just not tell me about it... rather like someone else we know *coughrobcough*

Sarcasm, Rach, sarcasm.

despite all entreating. What the heck is facebook? and myspace is stupid, you like newsbruiser.

Posted by Rachel at Thu Sep 29 2005 18:52

You're right, myspace is stupid and I like newsbruiser. the facebook is like myspace only less trashy, and it doesn't have a "blog" part. it's organized by school, so you have to have a school email to join, and only people from your school can see your profile unless they are your "friend," and you can poke other people and send them messages or write on their "wall," plus look people up through classes or groups, and stalk people, so it's v useful.

Posted by Susie at Thu Sep 29 2005 19:29

You can POKE people?!?!? I want to join!

Posted by Chris at Thu Sep 29 2005 19:33

*poke*
