<p>Scoop is a heavily hacked version of Scoop 0.8, used on <a
href="http://www.forclark.com/">forclark.com</a>, the official
community site for the <a href="http://www.clark04.com/">2004 Wesley
Clark presidential campaign</a>. Weblogs ("diaries") are
incidental to standard Scoop, but they are central to Bloop.
