TITLE eBlock Captains NOADS
eBlock Captains was a program I helped write for the 2004 Wesley Clark presidential campaign, to distribute a phone banking task among a large number of volunteers. Traditionally, phone banking was done by volunteers who lived in the campaign's home city and could travel to the headquarters. eBlock Captains opened up this form of volunteering to all supporters. The program was was later adapted (not by me) for the John Kerry campaign.
eBlock Captains is of mainly historical interest. You can see a screenshot and download the Perl code. Like most of the software to come out of the Clark campaign, it's made available under a BSD-style license.
