THE LIVING HALL SCOTTY'S CASTLE
Death Valley National Monument
The fountain that pours water over stone of native Jasper keeps the room cool in the heat of summer and also adds some humidity to the dry climate of the desert. The chandelier is hand-wrought iron trimmed with brass. The work was done by German craftsmen.B11711-Photo by Carlo Marino
