(LEONARD) I went to Dr. Confers' (?) office today with Susanna and Rachel because we were all sick. I got a grasshopper out of the toy box. I had my 4-year check-up and I'm getting taller. It is good to be back in L.A. after our trip to Colorado & Utah.

The back-of-postcard copy and the inscription demonstrate perfectly the difference between the Los Angeles everyone else was living in, and the Los Angeles I was living in.I remember a Dr. Pivko or Pifko, but no Dr. Confer.
