Frances and I went down to REI to spend my dividend check and bought a canteen and collapsible water jug - 2 1/2 gallons. Then we went to Old Towne Mall where we wandered around and Frances got her hair cut.
Postcard front:
Singing Security Guard, Old Towne, Torrance, California
Postcard back:
ONE OF OLD TOWNE'S loveable residents is its Keystone Kop Bruce Bishop, who patrols Old Town Lane and belts out delightful songs of yesterday and today as he works his beat. Old Towne is a turn-of-the-century shopping and entertainment attraction in Torrance, California.
Leonard's comments:
Bruce Bishop, you were a hipster just trying to get by in a square world. I salute you.
