On our way to Salt Lake City from Glendale, Utah, we stopped by Big Rock Candy Mountain. It is sure a lot of different colors.

Leonard's comments:

I know this visit made quite an impression on me, but only because of the memories I have of my second visit, when I was in my late teens. I was mainly interested in seeing how the place had changed, but the experience overwrote all my original memories, so I don't know.

Note the DIY postmark stamp. I thought this was a rip-off of the "Passport to Your National Parks" stamps, but that program wasn't introduced until 1986.
