Roy's Postcards: 1991/03/26
We saw the cheese being made & cured. A lot of hard labor is involved.
MARIN FRENCH CHEESE CO., EST 1865
A family enterprise managed by the 3rd, 4th & 5th generations of the Founding Family. Makers of the world famous "ROUGE et NOIR" brand cheeses BRIE, CAMEMBERT, BREAKFAST and SCHLOSS. All hand crafted in the same traditional manner as first made in France. Tours 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
To the end, my dad loved anything that involved hard labor.
