Yesterday there was a gentleman waiting for an appt. in the reception area. As late as his appointment-ee was, his colleague was even later. 20 or 25 minutes late, she came in an said "oh, I didn't realize it was inside." She had been outside the whole time! I mean, who goes to an appt. and waits outside the building? Seriously.
