We started getting Christmas all set up for the kids (shhh!) and realized Maggie's Santa gift requires batteries. C batteries. Seriously? John ran out to the store.

We just got home from a Christmas party with some new friends. We had a great time, and the kids did too. We had a delicious dinner and fun games. We made out great in the White Elephant.

I remember well when we had the same problems on Christmas Eve. Glad he found a place to get some. Have a good day with the elephants.

Actually, we had to go to three stores, and finally found some on our way home from the zoo.
