Traffic for 2009 January 13 (entry 0)

(5) Tue Jan 13 2009 15:25 EST Ta dum!: I made my first sale today! Sure it's only $20K and the partner made a another sale for $1M today, but it's a start. And I'm working on another bid.

It looks like I get to go back to SoCal this January to work on an old client. I'm very excited to be in greener pastures for a few days.

Kristen: at my level it is not expected that I sell, which is what makes it so cool to me. I'm really not expected to sell for another 4-5 years, and am already working on two more proposals, much bigger than this.

I was recognized in a meeting yesterday for finding work in a down market. I think it'll help save me from the inevitable next round of layoffs. I hope.
