Roy's Postcards: 1984/06/04

Inscription:

(LEONARD) We drove from Los Angeles to Glendale to visit with the Nelsons. We came through Zion National Park and saw lots of beautiful views - mountains and a very long tunnel that my great-grandfather built.

Postcard back:

THE GREAT WHITE THRONE
Zion National Park, Utah Towering 2,447 feet above the canyon floor. The Great White Throne is the most widely known landmark in Zion National Park and is the largest monolith in the world.
