News You Can Bruise for 2005 June 21 (entry 1)

(1) Tue Jun 21 2005 13:30 PST: There seems to be some interest in a Ruby port of Beautiful Soup, and I'm thinking of doing the port myself. I need to stop being a dilletante and do a good-sized Ruby project, and that's a good place to start. Do any Ruby people read this weblog? Would you like to have this?

I've just been getting into Ruby lately, and I've thought more than once how nice it would be to have a Ruby version of BeautifulSoup. So that's one yes.
