(1) Mon May 03 2004 11:52 Strange Dreams: Atticus was giggling and telling me about the dream he had last night. This imaginary tale included his conquering of monsters and strange images of his father: "Papa looked like an acorn in my dream," he said.

Atticus has always had a vivid imagination, hence the strage nightmares he has too. I admit I laughed out loud imagining Dave as an acorn.
