The Me Software Map by Leonard Richardson (leonardr@segfault.org) --------------------------------------------- This is a simple labor-saving device which reads from a config file the metadata of your various software projects and generates a nice-looking webpage out of it. You still have to actually write the metadata, of course, but as far as I'm concerned it's a lot easier to keep one's project list updated when one doesn't have to deal with alphabetization or anchors or anything. I haven't documented the msm.conf file format yet, but the included sample (the one I use at http://www.crummy.com/devel/) tests all the current capabilities of the format. Let me know if you find this useful; I mainly wrote it for myself, but anyone who's written a lot of software packages might get some use out of it. Leonard
