Jabberwocky for 2005 February 7 (entry 1)

(3) Mon Feb 07 2005 17:34 Alfredo Update: I made the fettuccini, and it turned out tasting really good. I let it boil just a titch too long and it curdled a little but it still tasted fine.

I haven't had so much nausea on these new pills (Just Parkinson's style trembling!), so I was hoping things would go better on the stomach front. No such luck. I have to go to the hospital Friday for an endoscopy, so we shall see.

Last night we had dinner at my Dad's and Jan's, and she made a white sauce over chicken and fettuccini from cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, Good Seasons Italian dressing mix, and milk- I think. It was very tasty, but not to healthy.

I saw a recipe that used cream cheese, but I used whipping cream and Parmesan.
