(3) Sun Feb 13 2005 09:41 Must Be Feeling Better: I must be feeling better--I woke up this morning plenty early. The bummer is church isn't until 1:00 and I'll probably be way ready for a nap by then. I am making some Spanish rice to go with the frijoles de olla I thawed out. I am thinking of making Arroz con Pollo for when John and Susie are here, and some black beans.

Did your looky-loo surgery go ok? I love Arroz con Pollo! i made it in the crockpot once while John was gone. John doesn't like green olives- I say he can pick them out.
