Tue Jan 16 07:59:52 MST Making History on Martin Luther King Weekend: (Louise) Those of you who know Joe and me, also know that we are involved in an organization called the National Federation of the Blind (NFB). Well, a little piece of history was made last weekend when, after many years of dormancy, the San Antonio Chapter of the NFB of Texas was reorganized. About fifteen of us gathered, wrote our consitution, and elected officers. I really put my foot in it this time because I was elected Chapter President! Yikes! I agreed of course, but it is both exciting and daunting at the same time. Wish me luck.
