BBQ Potato, Bacon and Corn Salad:

1/3 c. BBQ sauce 
1/3 c. ranch dressing 
2 T. dijon mustard 
salt 
pepper 

3 lb. cooked, cubed potatoes 
1 can whole corn 
1 small red onion, diced 
1 red pepper, diced 
8 pieces bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Mix the dressing in a small bowl. Mix remaining ingredients except bacon in a large bowl. Pour dressing in and mix lightly. Sprinkle with bacon pieces.
