I recently got a job helping an attorney friend with office work a few hours a week. It's nice to have my time more structured - with Arthur at school/playgroup twice a week for 5 hours, I have plenty of time, and it's a good way to fill it.

Last week I went on Dalton's 4th grade field trip to Mission San Juan Capistrano. I'd never been there before and it was very interested. The kids learned how to make adobe bricks, from a very animated instructor, and got a tour about life in the mission. Dalton wanted to sit by me on the bus, which made my heart happy.
