My Seussical Life for 2003 October 24

Our backyard neighbor has two doggies. Anytime an emergency siren wails, the dogs add their own howling echo. It is rather cute, and I actually look forward to it. The funny thing is, they start to howl minutes before I hear the siren. Dog ears really are more sensitive than human ears!
