Can someone tell me why Clark would drop out of the race, if he was quoted off the record stating "Kerry will implode over an intern issue." If he knew about this alleged affair of Kerry's, why would he drop out? Supposedly that is why Howard Dean has not dropped out, because he thinks that he can beat Kerry now?!
