Sunny 9 for 2004 August 13

My boss is in town, and she gave me the day off on Wed after having been there for 1 hour. It was so nice to be able to go to lunch with Aaron and hang out during the day with him all by ourselves. It is rare when we get to do that since pretty much ever since we have been here I have the schedule of working all day and he has school then at night he works. So during the semester we really only see each other from 10:00pm-10:00am. Most of that is sleeping time.

Anyway, we used our gift cert we had from Sizzler and I had a tasty salad and steak. Well, I have had better steak, but the salad bar was good. I keep thinking of all the things we will no longer be able to do once we have Lily. I am glad Aaron is done studying for the DAT and work season is over till the fall, so we have time to spend together before school starts again.

Tonight we are going to see The Village. I have heard bad things about it and I hope I am not disappointed b/c I loved Signs. Also, another note: Julie found a really cute apt across the freeway from UVSC. She will be living with Carly- David's girlfriend come fall semester. I am so excited for her to start this phase in life, as mine was a blast. Single and living on your own with friends. Fond memories there.
