News You Can Bruise for 2001 April 29

I wrote a CGI to manage the ever-growing and slowly-shrinking list of Tonight's Episodes. I can specify a particular one for the next day, or failing that one will be chosen at random. Plus, Tonight's Episode is now syndicated, though I'm uncertain whether or not "here, use this string" is a valid syndication format.
