Because I complain so much when shipping services do stupid things like lose my inheritance, I try to anti-complain when they do nice things. For instance, I recently ordered an air conditioner because the intense heat in our apartment recently drove away guests Kevan and Holly, and seemed about to drive away Sumana.

A delivery attempt was allegedly made at 9:30 this morning, though I heard nothing and no note was left. I called UPS to complain and they got UPS delivery dude to come back. Now the air conditioner is installed and I'm burning carbon credits like nobody's business. Thanks, UPS.
