These pictures were taken on May 4, 2000, during one of the little-understood states of entropial flux in which the apartment was relatively clean. Enjoy.
Primary storage: stuff we use fairly often.
Secondary storage: stuff that's bulky or infrequently used.
un, the firewall. The name came from our desire to have as short a name as possible and still have a real name.
sal, my computer. The name comes from the disease salmonella.
torsion, Dan's computer. The name comes from the name of his magic programming language that will cure all the world's ills.
The deadly wires. If you touch these the DSL goes down. So don't touch 'em!
