We went to Mesa Verde and looked at these houses. I climbed up the ladders and looked in the windows.

Mesa Verde National Park
The largest cliff dwelling in Mesa Verde is Cliff Palace. It is located in a natural cave in the east wall of Cliff Canyon and is perfectly situated to enjoy the afternoon sun.
