I saw some seals and I went down an elevator at Sea Lion Caves. The seals are alive.

Seal pups are sometimes abandoned by their mothers and many times are lost and can be found on the Pacific Coast Beaches -- if found alive they are turned over to the aquariums, where they are assured safe keeping.
