We're on our way home from Washington and stopped by Larsen. We sure plan on returning and seeing a lot more.

From Viola, B. F. Loomis photographed 6 successive views of the 11th eruption of Lassen which took place on June 14, 1914. View no. 2 shows heavy ash falling down and flowing down the sides of the mountain and rolling up in immense clouds of black smoke. B. F. Loomis Photo.
