Sorry I'm so boring lately. Um, let's see. I'm sick. Yup, that's about it. Oh, here's a funny story.

I made a beautiful hollandaise sauce last night, to go with our beautiful, if not cheap, aspargus. Unfortunately, it had a little mishap while I was getting the laundry- it got microwaved for 30 seconds! So we had buttery, lemony, scrambled eggs on our aspargus. Hee hee! This amuses me to no end.

Aly: About the fifth time I teased "you put hollandaise sauce in the microwave!" John responded with "You ate cat food." This is now a standing joke even with John's sister and her husband. But we still love you!
