It's hot. All kinds of people are asking me to do work like I'm assistant to them. My office is messy. I have to go pick up lunch for other people. I have a lot of work to do. There are piles everywhere.

Bah to messes and inappropriate or bothersome errands!

When Leonard and I are grumpy we act as though "to grump" is a verb meaning "to show that one is feeling grumpy." We scowl at each other or at the mirror and chant "grump grump grump." It helps because it is silly. If you try it, let me know if it works.
