Last night I decorated the kitchen and put out Maggie's presents to surprise her this morning. We decided to spread out the birthday celebration, since she is perfectly happy with just one present. We let her open one today. She got some car jammies that Daddy picked out. We went to Chuck E Cheese, and visited Grandma and Grandpa. More fun tomorrow!

haha. My colleague (mar 16) told me its a pisces thing to spread the bday celebrations out over a week. I woke of feeling kinda sad this morning when I realised I don't have any such plans this year.

My friend Jackie does Birthday Week, too. M just doesn't get it, and we feel like extravagant celebrations and excess gifts on the day of are too much for her. I wish I thought of having a "bring a new book and we'll donate it" party.

after I made my complaint I realised its not true. Work lunch on wednesday and cake the following monday... that spread it out to almost a week!

I hope you won't give away the book I sent Maggie, I really think she will love it

I'm not going to give it away. I was talking about people bringing books to donate instead of gifts, not donating gifts
