Roy's Postcards: 1983/02/12

Inscription:

Frances (8 mos. pregnant), Leonard, Susanna and I went to the Natural History Museum and saw "20th Century Dinosaurs."

We visited the Hall of Exotic Animals and saw aardvarks and wart hogs.

BRACHIOSAURUS

Postcard back:

AD-1 BRACHIOSAURUS. This was the most massive land animal that has ever lived. Its weight is estimated to have been about 50 tons, and its length between 70 and 80 feet. Fossils have been found in North America, Africa, and Europe.

Leonard's comments:

Rachel makes an early appearance in the postcards.
